Based at Nestlé’s iconic Uncle TOBYS factory in Wahgunyah, you'll have the opportunity to shape safety culture at one of Australia's most recognised food manufacturing sites. Nestled between Albury-Wodonga and the stunning Victorian High Country, this role offers the rare combination of meaningful leadership, cutting-edge manufacturing, and a relaxed regional lifestyle.
In this role, the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Manager will support & advise the Factory Management team in all aspects of SHE with a strong focus on implementing Market-level initiatives, including developing & driving site initiatives leading to continuous improvement in SHE performance in line with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence mindset of zero accidents and incidents.
