Responsibilities
- Coordinate the team in preparing safety audits to comply with Mexican regulations and corporate standards.
- Safety systems implementation and improvement.
- Safety issues investigations (elaboration and follow‑up).
- Provide safety courses (internal and to suppliers).
- Corporate reporting.
- Daily safety walk (GEMBA).
- Task review and risk analysis (sign approval).
- Problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years' experience working as Safety Engineer, proven experience .
- English language (fluent / B2 minimum).
- Incident investigation methodology.
- NOMs knowledge (OSHA desirable).
