Job Description
Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Safety Engineer – Intermediate for their Phoenix, AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ Safety Compliance
+ Ensure adherence to OSHA, tsmc, and client safety requirements by communicating expectations and enforcing standards across all client employees working in the fab.
+ Hazard Identification and Intervention
+ Proactively identify hazards, verify controls, and intervene to correct unsafe conditions and behaviors in real-time to prevent incidents.
+ “Boots-on-the-Ground” Safety
+ Maintain a strong field presence as visible safety leaders, embedding safety into daily operations.
+ Work Execution Support
+ Support safe work planning and execution through direct employee engagement.
+ Maintain a strong field presence (required to spend a minimum 4 hours per day in the fab)
