In the role of Information Specialist (Clerk 3 ADM04) with the Safety Branch, you'll be providing exceptional service to the Department of Labour, Skills, and Immigration. Your responsibilities will include handling the 1-800 Occupational Health & Safety inquiries and maintaining accurate departmental records. Strong judgment and organizational skills will ensure effective service delivery.

• Manage inquiries via the OHS service line
• Provide guidance to employers and general public
• Prepare, verify, and maintain records accurately
