Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Advisor on behalf of our client, a GC based in Vancouver. As a Safety Advisor reporting to the HSE Manager, you will serve as the primary on-site safety support for an assigned active construction project. The Safety Advisor will collaborate closely with project team members, trades, and subcontractors to support safe construction operations. Additional support for other active project sites may be required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent on-site presence throughout all phases of construction, monitoring daily operations, trade activities, and field conditions
- Administer, promote, and monitor the HSE Program on-site, ensuring full participation from all employees and subcontractors
- Conduct site-specific safety orientations for new, transferred, and contractor workers
