Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Public Administration, Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management - Postgraduate highly advantageous

At least 7--10 years' experience in education, youth development, community development, or large-scale social impact programmes, Southern African experience is essential. (Namibia, Zim, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana, Lesotho)

Project Management certification is desirable.

Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and implementing programmes across multiple regions

Experience with performance management, operational planning, and change management.
