• Manages and organizes all phases of military cargo shipments via commercial highway, rail, air, or internal military assets, ensuring the most economical and efficient use of available transportation resources.
• Applies deep technical knowledge of national and international regulations (including ADR and German traffic laws) to advise customers and safely coordinate the transport of hazardous cargo, weapons, and ammunition.
• Commits line-haul funds, performs cost analyses, and acts as the appointed approving authority (using Third-Party Payment Systems/TPPS and US Bank) to review, audit, and approve carrier invoices up to $100,000.
