As Technical Support, you'll be embedded with engineering and DevOps to keep production systems healthy. You'll monitor infrastructure, triage incidents, manage cloud and database operations, and pick up meaningful SaaS ops skills fast.

Production Support Monitor apps and internal tools, analyze logs and alerts, escalate issues, and support incident handling end-to-end.
