You will represent the end-users, ensuring that the ERP solution aligns with business processes while providing critical support during the deployment and operational phases. Your strong procurement background will enable effective training and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities: • Gather and relay end-user needs for ERP adjustments • Conduct training sessions for effective ERP usage • Test and verify ERP solutions for data quality • Collaborate with BPOs on change requests • Assist in data migration and cleansing activities
