Rural Surveyor Opportunity 
A leading rural property consultancy is seeking a MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join their expanding team across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals passionate about rural land and estate management to work with a diverse client base and contribute to a wide range of high-impact projects.
The Role
As a Rural Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering expert advice and services across:
Estate management for agricultural, commercial, and residential properties, including natural capital, forestry, and sporting interests.
Property consultancy on sales, acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, compensation claims, servitudes, and wayleaves.
RICS Red Book valuations and property appraisals.
Renewable energy projects (wind, hydro, solar, battery storage).
