Rural Agriculture Store Leader & Growth Driver

PGG Wrightson is seeking an experienced leader to head the Greymouth Rural Supplies team. You will guide a small CSR group delivering technical sales advice to agricultural customers and ensure profitable, compliant store operations aligned with company strategy.

You will work with the broader team, including Technical Field Representatives, to grow market presence in the community while maintaining strong administration, inventory control and staff performance.
