Role purpose The RTR Latam Supervisor - Transformation is responsible for leading and ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end financial accounting activities across assigned countries.
This role drives excellence in the Record-to-Report process, supporting month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and internal controls.
Additionally, the position plays a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including transitions, process standardization, and automation, working closely with shared services, stakeholders, and external providers.
