RTR Accounting & Controlling Lead

Airswift is seeking a Supervisor, Accounting & Controlling in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team responsible for accounting tasks and ensure compliance with group policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing team performance, providing guidance, and coordinating monthly reviews with regional management. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in accounting or finance.
