Make a difference in neonatal healthcare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in the NICU. Your role focuses on personalized oxygenation and ventilation strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to assess ventilation and deliver outstanding respiratory care to neonates. You'll participate in neonatal rescues, work with interprofessional teams, and supervise therapy students, enriching their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored oxygenation and ventilation to neonates
• Conduct thorough monitoring of blood gases and saturation
• Initiate airway care, including intubation procedures
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation efforts
• Educate respiratory therapy students and interprofessional trainees
