Job Description
Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT infrastructure and operational projects, overseeing full project lifecycle activities including scope, schedule, cost, and risk management. Coordinate release planning and patching activities, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and minimal service disruption. Engage and communicate with stakeholders, including ministry partners, executive leadership, and technical teams, to ensure clear direction, alignment, and timely decision-making. Support IT operations by coordinating incident response, managing service tickets, and facilitating change management processes, including CRQs.
