Work in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology to meet business objectives or overcome problems, improving the structure and efficiency of an organization’s IT systems. Provide strategic guidance on Information Management, IT technology, infrastructures, and the enablement of major business processes through IT enhancements. Act as a technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable. Provide quality assurance and quality control of specific deliverables. Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, and exceed expectations. Develop processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.
