Responsibilities
- Participate in portfolio discussions to understand the RPA requirements and integration needs from all stakeholders
- Design and document the workflows, business processes mapping and optimisation plans
- Create the project milestones, integration and release plans
- Track the progress with internal and external Development, testing and other teams
- Resolve any issues and handle changes identified
- Communicate project status to the project stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Automation - RPA / UiPath / Workflow / PlayWright
- AI - Agentic Workflows, RAG, Context Engineering
- Management - Business Analysis, Project Management
- Program Management / MS Project / Visio
- LEAN / SigSigma methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
