Responsibilities

• Perform incident investigations and provide timely resolutions.
• Provision and configure virtual machines for automated processes.
• Manage ongoing maintenance activity of bots and infrastructure to ensure automations run at the highest efficiency.
• Review NAS share accesses and create AD groups for new bots.
• Provide support for local applications and databases, diagnosing and repairing computer and network hardware.
• Install, maintain, administer and update network systems, setting security parameters to ensure proper operation.
• Provide technical support on IT‑related activities to network systems security.
