Job Description
**Overview**
The Royalty Workflows Coordinator is responsible for tracking and matching up all incoming ACH and wire payments, organizing all incoming mail, distributing dockets on a weekly basis, and maintaining contact with licensees, along with providing ongoing administrative support. A prospective candidate for this role will benefit from a background in royalties (book publishing royalties experience is preferred) and accounting and finance. Prior experience with Klopotek Royalty Software is a plus. The candidate must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment. There will be a considerable need for accuracy in data entry and communication skills when working with the licensees.
