Roving Maintenance Technician (West Side) – Full Time

Location: East Side Portland, OR
Company: Carla Properties, Ltd.
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, DOE + $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after completing 6 months of employment.
Schedule: Full-time, Thursday–Monday (Tues/Wed off)
Hours: Weekdays 9am–6pm (1 hr lunch), Weekends 8:30am–5pm (30 min lunch)
On-Call: Rotating evenings, weekends, and holidays
