Job Description

Primary Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and support NOV products and systems.
Train customers on the safe and proper operation of equipment and software.
Perform field upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Communicate field observations, equipment performance, and customer feedback to internal teams.
Maintain a high level of customer service while representing NOV in the field.
Job Duties
Conduct field installations, calibrations, inspections, and functional testing of sensors and systems.
Perform software and hardware upgrades on customer equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-related issues.
