Rostering Coordinator - Aged Care

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making this happen. In this fast-paced role, you’ll plan and organise services, so they run smoothly and meet customer needs. You’ll work closely with our supply and demand team to improve scheduling processes using data and systems, ensuring customers receive timely, high-quality support.

You’ll be the first point of contact for service changes, managing care worker schedules, making quick adjustments, and coordinating third-party bookings. Your work will directly impact the independence and well-being of our customers, helping them live confidently at home.
