Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
3–5 years of working experience in ROPA, Collections, and Recovery of accounts.
Exposure to Japanese company operations is an advantage.
Willing to attend face-to-face interviews.
Technical know-how of systems/software applications.
Job Responsibilities
Manage pre‑booking processes for ROPA accounts, including preparation of pricing memos, supplier billings, repossession documents, and AMLC compliance reporting.
Monitor, inventory, and maintain repossessed vehicles; establish weekly price lists; coordinate with external parking agencies for appraisals and vehicle viewings.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sales partners; prepare sale approval memos; oversee auction tabulations for ROPA vehicles.
Ensure systematic filing of records, monitor covered and suspicious transaction reports, and uphold productivity and service quality standards.
