Job Description
Job Title: Reservation Manager Company: AIRIQ 365 Ltd. (for its hotel brand – Udaan Hotels and Resorts)
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Experience: 6+ Years of Relevant Experience in Hotel Reservations
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management
* Manage the end-to-end reservations process across phone, email, website, OTA, and travel-agent channels.
* Ensure accurate booking entries, rate loading, room allocation, and guest details in the PMS.
* Handle group, corporate, and individual (FIT) bookings, including quotations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
* Manage modifications, cancellations, no-shows, and waitlists as per policy.
* Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective inventory and availability management.
