You participate in managing setup, order follow-up and ensuring quality standards are met.
You collaborate on the administrative management of the department and team scheduling.
You participate in recruiting, training and supervising Room Service staff.
You hold a diploma in hotel and catering management (BEP, CAP, BTS, BAC PRO, CFC or equivalent).
You have significant prior experience in room service or catering within a high-end hotel.
You are fluent in French and English; You are comfortable with common IT tools (Word, Excel, Micros).
