We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Room Attendant to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and public areas.
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors
- Replenish guest amenities, such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items
- Ensure all rooms meet our exacting standards before guest check-in
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns
- Report any maintenance issues or lost property to the appropriate department
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas
