Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest bedrooms are cleaned daily to the highest standards.
- Interact with guests using conversational English, while working independently as needed.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report items requiring repair or replacement.
- Complete tasks within scheduled shifts (usual hours 8:30 am–3 pm, five days a week).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism throughout the shift.
- Support the Housekeeping team’s efforts to deliver excellent guest service.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Conversational English.
- Ability to work independently for periods of time.
- Physical fitness required for the duties of the role.
