Job Description
Our Client, an Utility and Energy Generation and Distribution company, is looking for a Roll-out Technician for their Council Buffs, IA location. Responsibilities:
+ Endpoint Lifecycle Execution
+ Perform large scale PC lifecycle replacements
+ Execute device swaps with minimal business disruption
+ Ensure assets are correctly tracked, tagged, and assigned
+ Remove and retire decommissioned equipment properly
+ New Hardware Setup & Deployment:
+ Build and configure desktops, laptops, docks, monitors, and peripherals
+ Execute imaging and configuration using approved job aids and tooling
+ Validate hardware and configuration before user handoff
+ Project Based Deployment Work:
+ Support scheduled deployment efforts such as:
+ PC refresh programs
+ Intern onboarding
+ New corporate or operational initiatives
+ Office expansions or move...
