**Job Title: Welding Robot Operator – 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
This role operates, sets up, and maintains automated robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded metal components safely and efficiently. The Welding Robot Operator works on the 2nd shift and supports consistent, high-volume production by combining robotic programming skills with hands-on MIG and TIG welding expertise.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate robotic welders to produce welded metal components in a safe, efficient, and consistent manner.
+ Set up robotic welding equipment, including fixtures, tooling, and programs, to meet production requirements.
+ Program robotic welders to perform precise welds according to welding procedure specifications (WPS) and engineering drawings.
