Profile Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring that production lines are supplied with coffee, equipment is maintained for roasting and taking corrective action when necessary.
Specific Accountabilities
- Perform basic mechanical service on the equipment as needed.
- Operate the equipment for grinding/roasting as per the specifications and procedures.
- Monitor quality of roast and ground coffee.
- Release Scheduled roasts to roasters ensuring:
- Roasts are released to roasters which access correct roasted whole bean bin destinations,
- Number and sizes of roasts match bin and production capacities,
