Roadmaster: 24/7 Track & Safety Leader

CPKC in North America seeks a field supervisor to provide daily supervision of staff performing cost-effective repairs and maintenance ensuring safe track, right-of-way, and facility conditions across a broad territory.

You will coordinate crews, oversee test car operations, ensure FRA compliance, manage budgets, and collaborate with dispatch and other departments; shift work is required with potential after-hours hours and outdoor work in various conditions.
