RN Weekend Supervisor

Exciting opportunity for a  motivated RN to work in a family owned and operated memory care facility in the rural town of Fowler California, as a weekend supervisor. This building is home to a diverse group of long term residents, cared for by seasoned staff with low staffing ratios, who are stewarded by a well versed DON and Adminstrator with years of expereince in the geriatric field. The ideal canidate would possess the capacity to lead nurses and cnas, communicate well with familes and community partners, extend excellent customer service to whomever crosses your path, and ensure the best clinical and operation outcomes are occuring. An offer of $40 to $48 per hour based on experience is extended, for a Saturday and Sunday 8 hour shift, hours for shift assignment are 8-4 pm. The postion calls for a Registered Nurse, with an unencumbered license in the State of California.
