Job Description Telemetry Registered Nurse Job Summary The Telemetry Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. Provides nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Assessing patients' conditions through observation, examinations, and diagnostic tests. Planning and implementing patient care plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
