Registered Nurse - Telemetry
Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. The position requires managing multiple patients with various medical conditions. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring cardiac telemetry and interpretations. Experience with managing dysrhythmias is essential. Skills in patient care such as blood product administration, IV management, and oxygen therapy are required. The position includes weekend shifts, every other weekend required. Travelers may float to similar units based on the facility's needs. Previous charge experience is preferred. Familiarity with Epic charting system is a must. Interdisciplinary support is available, including respiratory services and physical therapy. Patient ratios are 1:4 on the unit for both day and night shifts.
