Job Duties
You’ll be at the center of patient flow, partnering with referring and accepting physicians to coordinate smooth, efficient transfers between facilities. You’ll also work closely with attending physicians and inpatient charge nurses to ensure patients are placed quickly and appropriately, aligning with care needs and placement guidelines.
+ A typical schedule is full-time, 40 hours weekly, nights.
+ Shift differential applies to applicable hours.
+ At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required.
+ Opportunity to work hybrid following a 6-month in office orientation. Additionally, in-office work is required as needed.
