A Registered Nurse specializing in post‐anesthesia care provides direct nursing care to patients recovering from surgery or procedures, managing pain and monitoring responses to treatments. Responsibilities include following aseptic techniques per perioperative nursing standards, anticipating case‐specific needs, and ensuring patient safety in the recovery room. Requires licensure as a Registered Nurse and certifications in Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support, with preferable experience in ICU, PACU, or Emergency Department settings.
