Must-Have: Two years of current experience in an acute OR setting. Experience with orthopedic, spine, and joint replacement procedures. Knee and hip replacement experience.
Description: The unit has 7 beds with varying staff based on volume. Each room is staffed with either 1 tech and 1 RN or 2 RNs. Patient ratios are 1:1 for optimal care. The unit is equipped with advanced surgical technology including robotics and vascular equipment. Documentation is done through a Meditech system. On-call requirements include 1-2 shifts during the week and 1 weekend shift per 4-week period. Candidates must be able to scrub and circulate for all service lines.
