Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15), with start times varying between 06:45-19:15 or 09:00-21:30. Candidates must be prepared to work weekends and may float within the hospital to meet facility needs.
The Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the operating room. The RN will work as part of a surgical team, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols and best practices during surgical procedures.
- Assist with abdominal surgeries including Aortic Aneurysm repair, hysterectomy, and more.
- Administer blood and blood products.
- Provide patient assessment and prepare the operating room.
- Maintain sterile technique and support surgical procedures including laparoscopic and robotic surgeries.
