RN Medical/Surgical - St Francis - Stepdown Intermediate Care 004 (14553) Job Title RN Medical/Surgical Job Summary Registered Nurse needed for a travel assignment at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis on the Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit (004), a 50-bed general med surg/telemetry and observation unit. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient care accurately and thoroughly. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Kansas or Nursys verification. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical/surgical or telemetry unit.
