Unit Specifics: 8 beds, 2:1 sometimes 3:1 patient ratios
Unit staffing description: Monitor tech availability

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI
Hiring profile: Knowledge of vents, drips (sedation, vasoactive, etc.), care of CVC lines
Procedures performed on unit: Bronchoscopy, placement of CVC lines, placement of chest tubes, sometimes bedside scopes (EGD, Colonoscopy, PEG tube placement, trach placement)
