Shift: 12H Nights, 19:00-07:00, Every Other Weekend or up to 3 weekends/month if unit is busy; first to float - could float to sister facility

Job Description:
This position requires a full 3 years of recent ICU experience, including either neuro or CV, to be considered. The registered nurse will work in a Surgical ICU - Trauma Neuro Surgery, handling patients from a Level 1 trauma center, including those with falls, GSWs, blunt trauma, MVAs, and specialty neuro-surgery cases.
Responsibilities:
- Titrate drips such as Propofol, fentanyl, versed, precedex, and others.
- Charge Nurse duties without patient assignment.
- Interpret own telemetry strips using GE monitors.
Requirements:
- Current ACLS, BLS Certification, and NIHSS.
