Neurosurgical ICU Nurse Educator
The Nurse Educator will develop and implement education and professional development services and programs for health system employees within the Neurosurgical ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, promote, implement, evaluate, and revise nursing professional development activities including orientation, precepting, transition to practice program, simulations, competency validation, computer-based learning, and continuing education courses throughout the organization.
- Serve as a nurse planner for nursing education units accredited by the appropriate nursing standards.
- Promote and support evidence-based practice; serve as a program administrator for nursing procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse).
