Job Description
Hospice RN – $90,000–$105,000 + Sign-On Bonus
We are hiring an experienced Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver quality, patient-centered care and support families through end-of-life care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide direct hospice nursing care per individualized plans
Perform assessments, implement interventions, and document accurately
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
Participate in rotating on-call coverage (evenings/weekends)
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered RN license (state of employment)
Hospice or palliative care experience preferred
Driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually
