Emergency Department Registered Nurse
Location: Evans, GA
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with every other weekend required.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse who is comfortable managing common ED complaints and providing care for trauma patients. The role includes participation in various ED procedures and requires a commitment to a high-quality patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, and NG tube insertion.
- Assist providers with various emergency department procedures.
- Run point of care labs and schedule mid-shift with PCTs.
- Setup and adjust respiratory equipment for patients with assistance available.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- 2 years of experience as an Emergency Department RN.
