Job Description
Job Summary:
- Department: Main Emergency
- Total Hours Per Week: 36 Hours
- Patient Care Management: Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient conditions and communicating any changes as needed.
- Coordination of Care: Act as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in patient care, ensuring smooth and well-organized care processes.
- Medical Orders: Note and carry out orders from physicians and nursing staff to ensure proper treatment is provided.
- Discharge Planning: Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
