Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time & Part-Time
We are seeking knowledgeable, dependable, and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our fast-growing team. We have openings for full-time and part-time positions on day, evening, and night shifts.
Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will:
- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, prevention, and evaluation
- Direct day-to-day activities of nursing assistants
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians, including other drug administration duties
- Communicate changes in residents' clinical conditions to physicians, nursing supervisors, and family members
- Complete required documentation upon residents' admission, discharge, and transfer
- Chart and document care in accordance with facility policy
- Make daily rounds
