RN - CATH LAB CLINICAL MANAGER

SOUTHERN TEXAS - Grand Manager Opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a Cath Lab. This role provides leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO). The role will assume responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level. Role assumes 24/7 responsibility of Manager’s assigned areas.

QUALIFICATIONS: BSN or MSN Degree is required. Two years of management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse (or related position) in Cardiac Cath Lab. Active and current RN license in the state of residence/practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability. Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. CPR/BLS certification is required.
