Registered Nurse Case Manager
Anticipated start date is July 20, 2026. The position involves working Monday through Friday. Patient demographics primarily include adults with neurological surgery conditions. Key responsibilities include care coordination and prior authorizations. Charge experience is preferred. Epic charting system familiarity is necessary. Patient ratios will apply as per unit guidelines. Telephonic communication skills are essential. References from two supervisors are required upon application. All candidates must have CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute. Travelers must be amenable to a possible interview. Candidates should be prepared to provide documentation of any requested RTO. CPI certification requirements apply to all staff. All documentation must be submitted as part of the application process.
