Job Description
**Amergis Healthcare has a contract opportunity for an RN case manager to provide in-home assessments across Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Roxbury, MA**
**Location:** **Home-based visits across Mattapan, Jamaica Plain, and Roxbury, MA**
**Schedule:** **Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM**
**Assignment:** **13 weeks to start (Temp-to-Perm & Direct Placement options available)**
**Compensation:** **$57/hour, paid weekly plus m** **ileage reimbursement between visits paid at $0.72/mile**
**Qualifications:**
**Active, unrestricted MA nursing license**
**2+ years of nursing experience preferred**
**Strong clinical assessment skills (required)**
**Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite**
**Experience with EMRs and clinical documentation systems**
**Ability to use telehealth tools (video, chat, etc.) as needed**
