River Galley Commis de Cuisine — Crew & Guest Meals Aboard

Viking River Cruises is seeking a Commis de Cuisine to join our galley on board our river vessels. You will prepare daily meals for guests and crew, maintain HACCP compliance, manage inventories, and support budgeted food costs under the guidance of the Executive Chef. International ship experience and a graduated cook apprenticeship are preferred.
